Returns and Exchanges;
We want you to love our curated products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase you may return it within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders and Wardrobe consulting services).
Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, no shipping costs will be refunded.
All watches sold come with a 3-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or phone and then return the watch in the EXACT SAME CONDITION and LONZANO consulting will issue a refund within 7 days time after the watch has been fully inspected. We will not issue a refund on any watch beyond your 3-day inspection period. All items shall be at the risk of the customer from the date of delivery of the goods.
Watches:
Returns must be sent by the same method the watch was received with. All items returned must always be fully insured and paid for by the customer. For a refund, watches must be returned and received in the exact same condition as shipped. A full inspection will take place prior to issuing any refund.
Due to the difficulty of shipping Rolex to the US from abroad, it is the customer's responsibility to return the watch to LONZANO cunsulting,
Refunds will be considered ONLY after the watch or watches are safely in the possession of LONZANO consulting.
All watches are SOLD AS IS. LONZANO consulting does not offer any guarantee on movement accuracy, water-proof or any other mechanical guarantee, as these are vintage watches, unless stated.
All statements relating to any items sold by LONZANO consulting are statements of opinion. LONZANO consulting reserves the right to adjust listed or quoted prices and specifications without notice and may also at any time withdraw any of the items without any prior notice.
Payments are to be made via check, money order or bank wire transfer only. No items shall be sent prior to receipt of the payment in full. The payment must be securely received in full before any item shall be sent. Some payments may require additional time to clear.
All watches remain the property of LONZANO consultiniing until the watch has been paid for in full. There will be no postage/handling/insurance charges for any orders. However customers are responsible for any and all customs charges, duties or taxes.
All shipments are sent fully insured via FedEx. If packages are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after the approval of the insurance claim by our insurance vendor.
